My hair looks great after the cut

The sign on the door says masks required but my stylist pulled hers down after starting, so maybe they’re not?I asked for a trim and received a very sad, uneven cut. Whole sections are inches longer than others, so I definitely received more than a trim. I posted pictures on Yelp. I do not recommend the Twin Creek Great Clips.

I always hesitate to go to chain type salons. This Great Clipsis a good one. I did online check in and was number 1 on the list when I arrived. Had a good experience and actually like my hair.

My son and I got cuts today. I just needed a trim. He needed a full cut. His stylist botched his cut in every way imaginable. He is very upset. Last time it was my hair that got screwed up. We won't be using this location again.

I like this place.. same Manager for last several years.. most of the same stylists, some of them must smoke, but hey, this is Bellevue.. this ain't a fancy salon, but you only pay $14. ...You don't get a Porterhouse Steak for price of a fast food burger either

I haven't been there, but I don't plan to go the next time I need a haircut. I called to ask how much a service was, and the woman practically hung up on me after saying that they don't offer it. I'm not upset by the fact that they don't offer it, (I can't make a company do something just because I want it), but rather the brusque manner that a simple question received.

Shaq is really nice and caring and my mom had to cut her hair off due to cancer and shaq was very nice to my mom and made her feal good about cutting her hair and she did a 10 out of 10 on me and my mom

Oh my goodness I really wish I would have got the girls name who did my dad's hair and shave today. He's 78 years old and cannot see he won't let anybody in the family shave him and I think he's afraid to do it himself he has the onset of dementia she was so patient with him and took her time he look like a completely different man when we were done. If I could remember her name I posted here but I could not be happier highly recommended

Messed up my hair! Had a hard part that i wanted shown and trimmed up. Yet the Asian lady made a new whole part next to my old part so now i have two hard parts, and now my hair is all messed up! Terrible service!

This was the worst haircut ever, Jennifer cut my hair short, when it was supposed to be shoulder length, and left alot of long pieces. You truly do get what you paid for and less. Never, ever going back to this place.

Ok...just got my haircut there. Fastest haircut in the West, or Midwest I should say. Took literally 4 minutes. Ta Da! Worst haircut ever. The lady wore glasses and still blind as a bat! She couldn't use clippers and wouldn't know what a pair of scissors were if they hit her in the head. I did have 1 good cut there...but it seems she's not there anymore. Don't blame her...the horrible cutters might rub off on her. You lost my business Great Clips. Wow! I should have cut and dashed. $15 for this? Wow! I wish I were younger. I'd shoot the Windows out of this place with my high powered pellet gun until the owner couldn't afford Windows and had to shut the place down. Hmm. Got me thinkin' here.

This place is great but because of the rude man that checks guest in he makes it not enjoyable.

Long time customer and today is the day I said no more. Upon arriving this morning to find out it would be a 45 minute wait I decided I am done with Great Clips. I have never been asked to wait this long at this location and found the woman at the counter to be anything but friendly (greeted me by asking for my phone number). Every time I come in here there are completely different employees working here! I can't build a rapport with any stylist when there's always someone different cutting my hair. This seems to be a sign of high turnover which is how you lose long time, good tipping customers like me. Enough for me.

My great aunt got a haircut here and the person cutting her hair was kind to her & did a great job!

Just had my hair done by Shaq and I love it!!! It is so hard for me to get the haircut I envision in my head and she just did it perfectly...awesome stylist:)

I've been going there for a few years, but every time I go there it's somebody else cutting my hair. It is never consistent and I can never get it cut the way I want it. I just want a neat, tight, military cut. Should that be so hard? The bombard you with questions about what size clips and length you want. You should be able to just say neat and tight with a little bit longer on top. Prices are cheap. You get what you pay for.

Checked in online, still waited over 20 minutes...when I arrived there was only one person ahead of me 1 starts doing receipts and paperwork on the front desk and another goes on BREAK!!

Went in to get a buzz cut.. 2 guard all the way around.. Easy, right? You would think.. The lady got done in like literally 3 mins.. Looked in the mirror, there was hair sticking up all over. Asked her to go over it again, and she did.. A bunch more hair she missed came falling down! Thought she finally got it all paid and left.. Went home and looked close.. It was not uniformly even at all.. Thoughs clippers must have been REALLY dull.. So, I took out mine and put my 2 guard on and went over it myself.. So much hair was on my counter after I did it, it was getting a hair cut from my haircut.. Unbelievable.. ESPECIALLY since it was basic as basic gets! 🤦‍♂️

They appear to have a 60 minute wait limit. After that, they will turn you away. Their reason is the computer waiting system will kick you out after 60 minutes and you’ll have to start over again— ending up in line behind those who came in after you.

Critical: ProfessionalismChecked in online came into the store waited 25 minutes I was next up on the list then a person way lower then me on the check in list came in right as she was getting done cutting someone else’s hair and went straight to help them jus ignored me. Do NOT RECOMMEND

The girls here are all so nice and awesome, I have never gotten a bad haircut here and they're phenomenal stylists with great training. Great at doing cute cuts on women and girls as well as any simple or complicated style men desire. I hope "Dave W" knows you can get free redos if you're unsatisfied with your haircut and threatening to shoot out windows is a terroristic threat and nothing is anonymous on the computer :-) five stars for these fantastic ladies and their hard great work

I have had my family's hair cut here for years with no issue. The online checkin is handy.
